"Reinaldo Beltran of Maris Construction was a great project manager. After visiting the local box stores and other tile shops, I decided on Porcelanosa for materials for a complete master bath redo with a zen-like spa feeling and appearance. They have some snazzy and quality tiles, vanities, tubs, and faucets. Reinaldo was recommended by Porcelanosa. And I couldn't be happier.....the installation and project management went off without a hitch! The company installed wall and floor tiles, new toilet, a 70" wall vanity, 2 mirrors, painted, and relocated plumbing to a back wall for a new shower system. He has a great eye for quality and detailed work. The wall tiles are lined up perfectly so as to create a seamless application. He's got an expert crew working with him. And he made me feel as if I was the only project he had going. Project was on schedule and within budget.

What an amazing experience! Maris Construction was recommended by Porcelanosa and we are truly grateful for the referral. Reinaldo Beltran runs a professional and expert operation. His crew was polite, respectful of us and our home and gifted in their crafts. Reinaldo has a great sense of humor and never let us make a bad decision. Maris completely gutted and remodeled our master bathroom, moving plumbing, electrical, reinforcing floors and moving windows. On day one, following demolition, Reinaldo pointed out that our two exterior walls (the space had originally been an outdoor porch) were basically rice paper. My husband and I braced to be “taken to the cleaners,” as we had no option other than to have the walls completely rebuilt. But Reinaldo gave us a price that was more than reasonable AND completed the re-construction (and closing-up of our home) in less than three days! Reinaldo was great with our changes and additions along the way. Our completed master bathroom is far more than we had imagined. The workmanship is beautiful! The tile work exceeds the work we’ve seen in some of the best hotels. We are enjoying a spa-like bathroom, complete with large format tile that is beautifully trimmed, pebbled shower with thermostat rain shower, soaking tub with overhead pendant light, heated floors, towel warmer, custom cabinets (by As It Should Be Cabinetry) and a vanity mirror with TV inside. We may never leave the bathroom!
